These tenants may be individuals, expats or multinationals. We conduct professional screening of all tenants and have access to their IDs, current income details and any references. Our office team works continuously to match your supply and our demand in a professional manner. These matches are presented to the parties in question, after which viewings take place. If a tenant wishes to rent your residential property and you agree to this, we supervise and conduct the entire process. We draw up a tenancy agreement and ensure it is signed by the parties involved. We ensure that any payments due are made in good time. We also of course take care of delivery of the rented property. We are present on delivery in order to draw up an extensive inspection report, note meter readings, check on moveable property and verify and hand over keys. If desired, we can also take on the full management of the property for you.
