Interhouse Huur- en Verhuurprofessionals® is not just a specialist in renting and letting properties, you can also entrust us with the full management of your properties.

Interhouse Huur- en Verhuurprofessionals® has a separate real estate management department, which even has its own technical service. We use our tailor-made software to monitor, report on and verify reports, payments, administrative and technical issues. Under the name Interhouse Vastgoedbeheer® we also manage hundreds of residential, retail and commercial premises and relieve their owners of all the day-to-day worries involved in letting their properties.

Interhouse Vastgoedbeheer® can take care of the following:

Financial management

The timely payment of rentals due to you. These rentals are immediately transferred to your account for each payment period. Per month, quarter or year, you will be provided with a clear payment summary which shows exactly what has been paid to you and which fees have been deducted. If a tenant fails to pay on time or in full, Interhouse Vastgoedbeheer will initiate its collection procedure and send the legal reminders and demands. If payment has still not been made once this procedure has been completed, we will contact our bailiff.

Administrative management

All correspondence with your tenant(s), relevant bodies and/or local councils, the processing of invoices, notifications and energy costs. We will of course also calculate the legal rental increases and inform your tenant(s) of these in good time.

Technical management

Any technical complaints from your tenant(s) are reported directly to our technical service at Interhouse Vastgoedbeheer®. In the event of an emergency, we can even be reached in the evenings and at weekends. We hold keys to all the properties we manage so that we can enter the premises if necessary. Any complaints are dealt with properly and assessed by our technical service. Following consultation with you, our technical service and/or another expert is brought in to rectify the problem, if applicable following approval of a quotation. We conduct checks on the work carried out and settle the costs on your behalf.

When a tenancy agreement is terminated, we conduct a thorough final inspection. This includes noting the final meter readings, receiving the keys and checking the premises for any damage, moveable property, garden maintenance and cleaning. If things are not in order, we consult with you and act accordingly. Any costs incurred are deducted from the tenant's deposit. We draw up a clear summary and pay out the remaining deposit to your tenant.

If the property is to be relet, when the tenant gives notice and following consultation with you we ensure that the premises are again included in our database in good time in order to prevent the property standing empty.
